Subject of the contract
The subject of this contract is the services of My Side Tours Agency, which are provided for sale on mysidetours.com to consumers. In accordance with Law No. 4078, the sale, provision of services and consumer protection.
What are the obligations and rights of the parties
Basic position
The consumer agrees that all preliminary information has been provided, respectively, in electronic form: Amount, type of payment and provided service
The travel agency is fully responsible to the consumer for the services provided.
The travel agency is liable if the provided service and services are not as described and compensates the consumer
The consumer is obliged to inform the Travel Agency in a written video of his complaints
Travel agency pledges to find a number of solutions in the framework of thoughtful approaches
The consumer has the right to change the date of service, tour, trip three days before the start of the program, without additional charges
The consumer does not pay any VAT for the services received, as VAT has already been included in all prices.
